Jude Hunt, owner and Director ensures very high standards are consistently being achieved within the business and at the property itself. It is imperative that this ethos is carried through in all aspects from sales, marketing and customer service through to interiors, guest experience and housekeeping. Jude created Dinham Weir House with business partner Ed Godrich in 2018 and has grown the business team to now include Operations Manager Liz Williams and sitting perfectly alongside their vision is now the equally fastidious Harry Bullock of Evatt Bullock & Co. Harry is our onsite chef providing impeccable service and food to our guests from welcoming suppers to exquisite 5 course fine dining experiences.

Jude and Ed’s vision back in 2018 was to secure this special house and allow it to continue to fulfil its potential. Having bought it from the previous owners who ran a successful Michelin Starred restaurant with rooms (Mr Underhills) for so many years, it was critical to them that Dinham Weir House remained somewhere many people could have the opportunity to enjoy together and create special memories. With Harry and Liz now on board, they have no doubt that the best is yet to come.
